We are a restorative escape. A place that is designed around you and your wellbeing where you can rest, play, connect with nature and feel restored. Here are a few suggestions for how you can enjoy some slow time with us this season.
Borrow some sheepskins from the Fancy Pants Shop and head to the woodland fire pit for some camp fire cooking. We have everything you need to make pop-corn outside with a hot chocolate. Perfect for an afternoon in nature.

Come and join Forest Craft and Play for crafting fun at our Saturday Morning studio 11am- 12 noon. Cafe open 12noon-1pm for lunch, hot drinks & cake. Learn to craft mindfully with us, with simple sewing, creating a toy to play with or a decoration for yourself. We will be here to guide you make your creation and help you express your own style. Fancy lunch with us? Stay for hearty vegan soup or spaghetti hoops & sourdough. Weather permitting we will all toast our own sourdough at the woodland firepit. A small group workshop with space for eight crafters and an accompanying adult.
For ages 6yrs+ £10 for one adult & one child.
Optional lunch £5 per person.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, apple juice & cake available to purchase for adults and children after the crafting session and during lunch.

As an added bonus our guests can pay a small amount to use the steam room, sauna, pool and gym at Roko. Please ask Jan for details on how to book.

HEN KEEPING LESSON 6O MINS £40 We hope to be able to bring you this experience again once bird flu has lifted.
Spend an hour with Karen & her hens "The Barbaras". Join in as much as you feel comfortable doing with the girls, Karen will be there to demonstrate and help your confidence grow. Feed the hens fresh fruit and vegetables, learn how to hold a hen. The girls are happy to be stroked. Watch Karen check the hens are healthy and join in giving them a pedicure! This is our most joyful and mindful activity for adults and children to experience together. Available March- October only.
